8F Double Beehive – Full Depth Hive Assembled with 16 Wired & Waxed Frame

This completely Assembled double-level 16-frame beehive is made from Premuim-Grade New Zealand Pine. It is made up of one full-depth 8-frame super box and one full-depth 8-frame Brood box, the bottom board (with Risers and cleats), galvanized lid, and includes 16 wired & waxed frames.

Included:

2 x 8 Frame Boxes – ALL boxes come Assembled, are made from Premuim-grade NZ Pine and feature dovetails joints for strength and ease of assembly.

16 Full Depth Frames – The 16 frames come Assembled with S.S wired and waxed and are made from high-grade New Zealand Pine. (100% Australian Beeswax, welcome for any test).

Galvanized Migratory Lid – The Galvanised lid comes assembled.

Bottom Board and Cleats – The bottom board is made with cleats and risers made from solid NZ Pine. The bottom board required assembly.

Optional Add-Ons:

Queen Excluder – choice of plastic or stainless steel

Foundation – choice of 100% Australian beeswax, black plastic foundation.

Once assembled it is recommended the timber boxes be primed and painted for longevity.
